COVID-19 Update: Alert Level 4 Restrictions

From 11:59 pm Tuesday 17 August, all of New Zealand will move to Alert Level 4. Level 4 lockdown will last for seven days in Auckland and Coromandel, and three days in the rest of the country. Hot water and heating are classed as essential services during this period, and our Auckland office will remain open in a limited capacity.

• Our service team is available by phone and email
• Essential orders are being processed and will continue to operate as normal
• We have facilitated a working from home arrangement to limit the amount of staff in our Auckland office.
• The Auckland showroom is closed until further notice
• Our sales team is still available to take your call and respond to your emails
